"Any property that I was interested in I was able to call to inquire as to the status of the property and get an appointment to review the property with in 24 hrs of initial request. I was emailed and called to discuss disposition of the property to keep me abreast as what was happening. I never once felt pressured by the agent. He knew the territory and relevant pricing that should be paid. He helped me negotiate a better buying price. Based on his professional advice I am already sitting positive with regards to equity in the home. I would not hesitate to recommend Mr. Jenkins as a real estate agent whether you are buying or selling. He is the man for you if your tired of other agents not returning your phone calls."
